BaTo Organizational Structure
BaTo is a non-profit cultural organization based in Richmond Hill, Ontario, dedicated to enriching communities through art, culture, and shared creative expression. Rooted in values of inclusivity, diversity, and cultural connection, BaTo develops accessible programming that brings people together and highlights diverse artistic voices.
The organization is guided by a structured governance model that ensures both strategic oversight and effective delivery of its initiatives. BaTo is led by a Board of Directors responsible for providing direction, upholding the mission, and ensuring long-term sustainability. Working alongside the Board, an executive and operational team oversees the planning and execution of programs, events, and cultural initiatives throughout the year.
This structure allows BaTo to operate with clarity, accountability, and creative integrity while continuing to expand its cultural impact within Richmond Hill and beyond. Through collaboration between leadership, members, and community partners, BaTo fosters a dynamic environment where culture thrives and meaningful connections are built through the arts.
BaTo Cultural creates unique cultural experiences through festivals, concerts, performances, and community events across Canada. Bringing together music, art, food, and creativity in both intimate and large-scale settings.
